  • 1 pints milk
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
  • 2 large potatoes peeled chopped and boiled
  • 1 large handful of chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour for coating
  • 1 cup dried shop bought breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • Place haddock, milk,bay leaf and nut meg into a pot bring to a boil and simmer for 7-8 minutes,drain fish discard onion and bay leaf and save the cooking milk for the potatoes.

  • Step 3

  • Step 4
  • Set a breading station of flour,egg and breadcrumbs ,put each fish cake threw the breading station.
  • Step 5
  • To cook place on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes on 180℃-350℉ serve on a toasted bun or eat it with a salad less carbs lol enjoy.( Put Ur own take on the toppings)
