  • 250 grams polenta
  • 500 grams hot chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion finely sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper finely sliced
  • 300 grams chorizo sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup asiago cheese grated

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Mandys polenta and chorizo in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large pot boil chicken stock ,whisk in polenta and cook on low for 3 minutes ,pour into a spring form pan and cool totally.
  • Step 2
  • Slice chorizo peppers and onions .
  • Step 3
  • Heat saute pan add chorizo cook for 2-3 minutes until oils are released then add peppers and onions cook for 5 minutes on low .
  • Step 4
  • Once chilled remove polenta from pan and cut into wedges and cook in a preheated griddle pan with a little oil until fully heated tru.
  • Step 5
  • Place on a plate and add chorizo mix top with grated asiago cheese . Enjoy.
