  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
  • almond crumble crust
  • 2 tbsp cold unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds

  • Place cake back in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
