  • PAN FRIED CHICKEN
  • 3 chicken drumstick chop into 6 pieces
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 clove Lightly smash garlic
  • CHICKEN SEASONING
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp fine curry powder
  • MANGO SAUCE
  • 2 sweet and ripe mango
  • 1 cup white wine

How to Make Mango Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Mango Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • SEASON THE CHICKEN
  • Step 2
  • Season chicken with olive oil ,salt and pepper with curry powder
  • Step 3
  • PAN FRIED CHICKEN
  • Step 4
  • Heat up olive oil then add butter then pan fried chicken both side for about 15 minute or longer depending on the size of the chicken
  • Step 5
  • Add garlic clove then cover lid for another 15 minute in low heat shaking pan every now and then
  • Step 6
  • Off heat then drain pan fried chicken and set aside
  • Step 7
  • MANGO CHICKEN
  • Step 8
  • Removed the excess oil in pan then Pour white wine unto pan and bring to a simmer then add fresh mango cube and parsley for 1 minute
  • Step 9
  • Add additional seasoning then off heat
  • Step 10
  • Pour mango sauce onto pan fried chicken and serve
