  • 2 envelope 7g each unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 24 oz mangoes, drained, 1 slice reserved and cut into 6 to 8 pieces
  • 1 can 14 oz Nestle La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp lime juice

How to Make Mango Gelatin

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Mango Gelatin in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place gelatin and water in saucepan. Heat for 1 min until gelatin is disolved.
  • Step 2
  • Place mangoes sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice and gelatin mixture in blender, blend u til smooth.
  • Step 3
  • Spray 6 to 8 dessert cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 4
  • Pour mixture into cups; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Step 5
  • Garnish with mango pieces and mint.
