  • 2 Mango
  • 1 each Jalapeno
  • 1 Juice of whole lime
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

    Step 1
  • Chop Onions fine or larger if desired
  • Step 2
  • Cut jalapeno in half, remove seeds, unless you like more heat. Then process in food processor.
  • Step 3
  • Peel mango and cut into small cubes, use the juice also.
  • Step 4
  • squeeze lime, use all the juice
  • Step 5
  • Mince cilantro
  • Step 6
  • Stir all ingredients together, allow flavors to meld for at least at hour in the fridge, then serve with favorite chips.
