  • 1/2 cup diced bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 can Glory Foods seasoned lima beans, undrained
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 bacon slices, cut in half

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
  • In a nonstick skillet- cook diced bacon & onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened and beginning to brown and bacon is mostly cooked.

  • Add lima beans, maple syrup and black pepper to skillet- stirring until well combined.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer bean mixture to a 8×8×2" casserole dish. Top with bacon slices.
