  • 15 chicken drumsticks (small ones)
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp vineger
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dried rosemarry
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup apple juice

    Step 1
  • Poke each chicken with a folk to help marinate the chicken well with the sauce. Peel and slice the garlic cloves.
  • Step 2
  • Put the chicken into a plastic food bag with all other ingredients. Knead the bag by hand. Seal and leave for one night in the fridge.

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Cover a baking tray with oven paper. Pour the contents of the bag into the tray. Cook for about half an hour, but 5 min before finishing, turn each chicken upside down to give them a nice crispy-brown colour.
