  • 1 lime peel strips
  • 2 drops green food coloring

  • In a large Dutch oven, combine fruit juices, water, and pectin over medium high heat.

  • Bring to a rolling boil.

  • Remove from heat; skim off foam.

  • Spoon jelly into jars; cover and cool to room temperature.
  • Step 9
  • Store in refrigerator.
