  • Fresh mushrooms (400 g total)
  • 100 grams King oyster mushrooms
  • 100 grams Maitake mushrooms
  • 100 grams Bunashimeji (Brown Beech) mushrooms
  • 100 grams Bunapi (White Beech) mushrooms
  • 50 ml Vegetable oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

How to Make Marinated Mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Marinated Mushrooms in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the stems off of the mushrooms. Divide the mushrooms into bite-size pieces (shred your hands or cut).
  • Step 2
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Step 1 and quickly blanch. Drain.
  • Step 3
  • When mushrooms from (2) cool off, transfer to a container. Add the vegetable oil, salt and pepper and mix to make the marinade.
  • Step 4
  • Store in the refrigerator.
