  • 20 g bean‐starch vermicelli (cellophane noodle)
  • 1/2 cucumber (slice thinly)
  • crab sticks (or tube‐shaped fish paste cake)(to taste)
  • marinade: (mixed in advance)
  • *1 Tbsp vinegar
  • *1 tsp sugar
  • *1 tsp~ soy sauce
  • * to taste sesame oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Marinated Vermicelli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak cucumber in cold salted (1 tsp) water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze well.
  • Step 2
  • Bring the water to a boil, add bean‐starch vermicelli and cook according to the directions on the package. Cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Step 3
  • Mix all ingredients and marinate.
