  • 100 grams Bread flour
  • 160 grams Granulated sugar

  • 5 grams Baking powder

  • 1 jar Marmalade jam

How to Make Marmalade Cupcakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Marmalade Cupcakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bring the eggs to room temperature. Combine the cake flour, bread flour, and baking powder, and sift.
  • Step 2
  • Heat butter in a pot, and melt (use the butter while it's still hot!) Preheat the oven to 170℃.
  • Step 3
  • Add the cake flour, bread flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and eggs to a bowl, and mix about 50 times.
  • Step 4
  • Add the hot butter to the Step 3 bowl, and mix about 50 times with a whisk. Mix well until the batter becomes lustrous.
  • Step 5
  • Add the marmalade to Step 4, and mix well. Let it sit in the fridge for 1~ 3 hours once the batter is blended.
  • Step 6
  • Pour the batter into the cups, and bake in the oven preheated to 170℃ for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • If an inserted toothpick comes out clean, they are done.
