  • 150 grams Flour
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Marsala Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mount (whisk) the egg whites and set it aside
  • Step 2
  • Whisk together the butter, sugar and egg yolks
  • Step 3
  • Add the Marsala wine and mix well
  • Step 4
  • Add the flour
  • Step 5
  • Add the egg whites you previously mounted and stir gently
  • Step 6
  • Add the baking powder and mix well
  • Step 7
  • Grease a baking dish, add your dough and bake it for about 25 to 40 minutes (depends a lot on your over) at 180 C / 350°F
  • Step 8
  • This is the frosting I used in this recipe: Condensed Milk frosting
