  • 1 medium lime
  • 2 lb chuck steak
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

How to Make Mary's steak

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Mary's steak in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
  • Heat a pan. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to the steaks. Add steaks to the hot pan. Sear the steaks. 4 minutes each side.
  • Step 3
  • Add steaks to an oven safe pan. Add butter on top of steaks. Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice over the top of both steaks. Put in oven for 15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Microwave the broccoli in microwave for 3 in a half minutes. Melt butter in pan add the broccoli. Salt stir and cook 4 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Serve together hope you enjoy!
