  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 medium green onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter or margarine

    Step 1
  • Over medium heat cook the garlic and green onion until translucent

  • Add to the potato and add melted butter

  • Fry for about 3 min on each side until they are lightly golden brown.
