  • 15 small salad potatos
  • 4 small spring onions
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 small red chilli
  • 1 pints sea salt
  • 1 pinch brack pepper
  • 4 tbsp creme fresh
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 3 medium slices streaky bacon

    Step 1
  • boil potatoes for about 15 mins until soft . drain and let them cool
  • Step 2
  • grill or fry Bacon until crispy then let cool . reserve a little of the cooking fat from the Bacon .
  • Step 3
  • dice the potatoes and chop Bacon into little strips . chop and add springonion chilli . add crushed garlic .
  • Step 4
  • put all these ingredients in a bowl add a little of Bacon fat . mix in creme fresh and salt and pepper. add a large squeeze of lemon juice and mix well.
  • Step 5
  • leave in the fridge for 1 hr or longer for better flavour .
