  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Vegetables as garnish
  • 1 bunch Watercress, mini celery, etc. (or whatever you like)

How to Make Meat-Wrapped Soft-Boiled Eggs for Bentos

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Meat-Wrapped Soft-Boiled Eggs for Bentos in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Make soft set eggs with creamy yolk. Put 1 teaspoon of vinegar in a pan with water and bring to a boil. Put the eggs in the boiling water, and cook for 7 and a half minutes.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the eggs while rolling them until the meat is browned.
  • Step 6
  • When the meat is browned, add the A. ingredients to the pan. Continue cooking while rolling the eggs around until there's no moisture left in the pan.
  • Step 7
  • Cut the cooked eggs in half. Serve on a bed of watercress. Cut through them in one go with a kitchen knife.
  • Step 8
  • Here they are packed into a bento. Soft boiled eggs are hard to peel, so do it carefully.
  • Step 9
