  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 can marinara sauce
  • 2 can diced tomatos
  • 2 packages of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp onion powder

How to Make Meatball sub

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Meatball sub in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a sauce pan on medium heat, put in your 3 jars of marinara sauce, 2 cans diced tomatos, sugar, onion powder, & oregano
  • Step 2
  • In a mixing bowl, add your ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onions, chopped parsley & salt/pepper to taste
  • Step 3
  • Mix all together with your hands, then start making your meatballs
  • Step 4
  • Place your meatballs into your skillet evenly, let brown on both sides, then carefully place your meatballs into your sauce
  • Step 5
  • When done serve with your favorite kind of hoagie roll topped with mozzarella cheese!
