  • 1 lb NY strip or boneless steak ground by butcher
  • 4 clove Garlic- crushed
  • 1 each Shallot - minced
  • 1 each Egg
  • 3 slice Italian bread soaked in milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese -shredded
  • 1 cup Ricotta
  • 1 bunch Basil leaves chopped
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • marinara
  • 28 oz Canned whole tomatoes
  • 1 each Shallot - minced
  • 3 clove Garlic crushed
  • 1 bunch Basil leaves chopped
  • 1 Fresh oregano
  • 1 Salt and pepper

How to Make Meatball Sub

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Meatball Sub in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Set oven for 375°F. Put together all ingredients for meatballs. Mix by hand until fully incorporated in large bowl. Makes small balls. Place them on cookie sheet with wiped olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • In a large pot Sauté garlic and shallot in olive oil. Crush can of tomatoes and add. Add salt and pepper. Let cook for 10 minutes. Add basil and oregano.
  • Step 3
  • Carefully add meatballs into sauce. Dress hoagie roll with sauce and meat balls. Cheese if you like. Bon Apetit!!
