  • 2 tin tomatoes
  • 1 beaten egg

  • Heat the a little oil in a pan adding the 1/2 the chopped onion and 1 crushed garlic cloves and leave to cool

  • Cover and cook the tomotoes for 30 minutes until the tomotes are soft
  • Step 6
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes until they are cooked all the way through
  • Step 7
  • Once cooked place he meatballs into the cooked tomato sauce making sure to mix the meatballs into the sauce, leave for around 5 minutes and serve
