  • 2 can kidney beans, drained, 15 oz each
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, 15.25 oz
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 2 stick celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make Meatless Chilli

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Meatless Chilli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine all ingredients in crock pot or medium sized stock pot.
  • Step 2
  • Cook on high for 5-6 hours in crock pot or simmer in covered stock pot for 45 min. to an hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 3
  • Serve chilli with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortolla chips.
