  • 2 lb ground turkey (or your prefered meat)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup quaker instant oatmel
  • 3 oz tomatoe paste
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 sweet onion (diced)
  • 1/2 green pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 8th teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 8th teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 8th teaspoon parsley
  • 1 8th teaspoon black pepper
  • sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup

How to Make meatloaf (gluten free)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make meatloaf (gluten free) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 350·
  • Step 2
  • in a small bowl mix spices and 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Step 3
  • in a large bowl combine ground meat, eggs, tomatoe paste and spices.
  • Step 4
  • add in instant oats, diced onion and green peppers.
  • Step 5
  • spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray
  • Step 6
  • divide the meat mixture evenly between the 12 muffin cups ( will be about 1/2 cup of meat mixture )
  • Step 7
  • cook at 350· for about 45 - 50 minutes
  • Step 8
  • mix together ketchup and brown sugar for sauce in a small sauce pan
  • Step 9
  • cook sauce on low until heated through and brown sugar is dissolved
  • Step 10
  • place meatloaf muffin on plate and top with sauce. Suggested sides mashed potatoes and salad
