  • 1 granulated garlic (to taste)
  • 1 cup heinz ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 375°F
  • Step 2
  • in a large bowl, mix first seven ingredients well
  • Step 3
  • press mixture into a large foil loaf pan
  • Step 4
  • cover with foil and bake for 80 minutes
  • Step 5
  • while meatloaf is baking, mix the 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup ketchup for the glaze
  • Step 6
  • when meatloaf is done, let rest for 10 minutes then drain well and spread glaze on meatloaf and return to oven uncovered for 10 more minutes to thicken glaze
