  • 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 lb mild ground Sausage
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 1/2 Green pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp each, Sage, Pepper, Salt, Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Additional ketchup for topping

How to Make Meatloaf (my way)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Meatloaf (my way) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Make into loaf and place in large baking dish.
  • Step 3
  • Add ketchup on top as glaze.
  • Step 4
  • Bake 350° for 1 hr.
  • Step 5
  • Remove from oven and prop up pan so fat drains away. Let stand 10 min.
  • Step 6
  • Slice and serve.
