Ingredients: Meatloaf

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 seasoning salt
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 onion powder
  • 1 cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

How to Make Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven at 350°
  • Step 2
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl (exclude the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar)
  • Step 3
  • Once everything is mixed together, pack meat into a meatloaf pan
  • Step 4
  • Put meatloaf in the oven and let it bake for an hour
  • Step 5
  • Take the meatloaf out of the oven (drain the excess oil) and spread your ketchup, mustard and brown sugar mix on top of your meatloaf and then let it cook for 30 more minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Remove from the oven and serve?.
