  • 5 boiled potatoes
  • 800 grams Any ground meat
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 400 grams frozen spinach
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 1 Chopped bell pepper
  • 400 grams of Any cheese
  • 2 large packs of samboosa leaves
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup masala seasoning
  • 5 Chopped garlic cloves
  • 3 dash black pepper
  • 3 Green Chilli peppers
  • 3 Red chilli peppers
  • 3 dash salt
  • 2 cup olive oil for frying it in

How to Make Meaty Cheesy Samboosy

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 22 steps you must follow to make Meaty Cheesy Samboosy in your home by yourself.

  • Wash the potatoes and then put them in a pan and cover with water ( note I did not peal the potatoes. You can if you want to. I take the skin off the potato after I cook it)

  • Add seasonings and keep stirring

  • Add meat keep stirring on medium high
  • Step 10
  • Add mixed vegetables and spinach keep stirring and cooking on medium high
  • Step 11
  • Now take your cooked pealed potatoes and crumble them up or cut them up and put it in the mixture. Keep stirring constantly and cooking on medium high heat
  • Step 12
  • Keep stirring constantly on medium high heat and cooking for an additional 20 minutes (note the mixture will be thick)
  • Step 13
  • Set aside and let cool a little ( note you can make this mixture the night before and then fill the samboosa leaves the next day)
  • Step 14
  • Now filling 5 he samboosa leaves
  • Step 15
  • Get water handy in a bowl ( this is used to keep plate moist and hands moist for easy folding of the leaves
  • Step 16
  • Put a few sprinkles of water in a plate and put a samboosa leaf on top sometimes I use 2 leaves at once if I am stuffing lots of filling inside
  • Step 17
  • Fold up one end into a cone shape
  • Step 18
  • Put filling in it and some cheese in it ( note: any cheese you like I use cream cheese in some and cheddar cheese in some any kind you want)
  • Step 19
  • Fold the end to seal and put on plate covered with damp cloth so it does not dry out while you fill the rest
  • Step 20
  • For frying fry in olive oil till golden brown I use olive oil cause it is healthy and taste great
  • Step 21
  • You can bake it if you do not want to fry it just rub sides with olive oil and bake in oven on 350 Celsius until golden brown
  • Step 22
  • Remove and serve
