  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • parsley
  • 1200 gr. clams
  • 900 gr. pureed canned tomato
  • 600 gr. black pasta
  • dry white wine

  • Add the clams to the tomato sauce and reduce the wine once more, until most of it has evaporated. Correct seasoning.
  • Step 7
  • Boil the pasta and add to the sauce. Serve right away.
