  • 750 grams boiled octopus
  • 1 1/2 large onion
  • 2 medium yellow peppers
  • 1 1/2 large red pepper
  • 2 handfuls of sproutes soy beans
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • chopped parsley
  • olive oil
  • water
  • 1 salt
  • 1 spicy paprika

How to Make Mediterranean octopus casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Mediterranean octopus casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the peppers and cut the onions julienne style and cook them slowly wih a bit of olive oil (I personally prefer the usage of a crockpot for this kind of recipes)
  • Step 2
  • Once half cooked mince the garlic and he parsley amd add them to the pot. A couple of minutes after add the soy beans. Season it with salt and paprika
  • Step 3
  • Cut the octopus in slice of 1cm or so and boil them for five minutes. Add them to the pot and let them cook slowly for 10-15 minutes. Serve right away.
  • Step 4
  • If you have to re-heat it add some water and serve once it has totally evaporated.
