  • 1 box Pasta (rotini recommended)
  • 1 cup Sliced kalamata olives
  • 1 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Sundried tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped red onions
  • 2 clove Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • dressing
  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • Spices
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Additional lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup Fresh mint

How to Make Mediterranean Pasta Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Mediterranean Pasta Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook pasta to al dente, rinse in cold water to cool once done
  • Step 2
  • Sauté broccoli, onion, and garlic until mostly, but not fully, cooked. (So it can be soft but still a little crunchy)
  • Step 3
  • Halve the olives, and slice the sun dried tomatoes.
  • Step 4
  • Chop up the mint so that it is nearly minced
  • Step 5
  • Mix together steps 1-4
  • Step 6
  • Whisk the olive oil and lemon juice together and drizzle over the pasta salad
  • Step 7
  • Add salt, pepper, and more lemon juice as needed
  • Step 8
  • Sprinkle feta on top
  • Step 9
  • Enjoy!
