  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1/4 packages haloumi
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 can black olives
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/4 packages penne pasta

How to Make Mediterranean pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mediterranean pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • saute chopped garlic and chopped chilli in olive oil for 3 minutes
  • Step 2
  • Meanwhile bring vegetable stock to boil and add pasta.
  • Step 3
  • Add chopped red pepper and cook for a furthur 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Add cubed haloumi and cherry tomatoes chopped in half. Cook for a furthur 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Slice olives and add to veg for 3 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Draun pasta and return to pan with olive oil and seasoning. Add veg and stir.
