Ingredients: Mee Suah

  • Main
  • 55 grams mee suah (flour vermicelli)
  • Other
  • 2 piece garlic, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 2 tbsp light soya sauce

How to Make Mee Suah

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Mee Suah in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil one egg in hot water for about 2 minutes. Remove egg and put aside to cool.
  • Step 2
  • Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat. Stir fry garlic till slightly browned. Add water and light soya sauce. When water starts boiling, add mee suah, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Pour the cooked mee suah into big bowl. Scoop out soft boiled egg into the bowl of mee suah.
  • Step 4
  • Serve immediately.
