  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 grams Gelatin powder
  • 50 ml Water
  • 20 drops Almond extract

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Melt-in-Your-Mouth Almond Tofu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put 50 ml of water into a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin on top, and soak for about 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Put 100 ml of milk and the sugar into a mug and microwave on low for about a minute to dissolve the sugar. If available, use the milk warming setting on your microwave.
  • Step 3
  • Check that the sugar has dissolved into the milk, add it to the bowl from Step 1 and mix well. Add the remaining milk and almond extract, and mix well. Pour into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Step 4
  • If it's not sweet enough, top with honey or simple syrup when serving. In that case, add a couple drops of almond extract to make it even more aromatic!
