    Step 1
  • Cut the sliced cheese in half. Beat the egg and mix in the milk, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
  • Melt the butter in the pan. Once hot enough that a bit of the egg mixture sizzles, pour the rest of it in. Stir briskly.
