  • 1 Shredded nori seaweed

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Mentaiko and Avocado Japanese Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Roll the cucumber with salt on a cutting board and wash. Chop in half lengthwise, then slice thinly and diagonally.
