  • 1 as much (to taste) Thin green onions or scallions or chives
  • 1 add as much (to taste) Lemon

    Step 1
  • Soak the whole piece of chicken thigh meat in mentsuyu overnight. It's convenient if you use a plastic bag. Add a little vegetable oil to the pan, add butter, and fry the chicken cut into easy-to-eat sizes.
  • Step 2
  • Once both sides are seared, add sugar. add the soaking sauce, and cook well. Drizzle sake and steam by covering the pan.
  • Step 3
