  • 300 grams maceroni
  • 200 grams cheese
  • 150 grams ham
  • 150 grams corn
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 tsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs

How to Make Mex & Cheese (Mac & Cheese)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Mex & Cheese (Mac & Cheese) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place maceroni in a pan and cook it until finished
  • Step 2
  • In the meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic and sauté them for 1 minute. Then throw in all the herbs (The metrics gets messed up, it's 5 teaspoons paprika and 2 teaspoons chilli)
  • Step 3
  • When the maceroni is done, drain it and add it to the onion and herb mix. Also add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the mix in a baking dish (which has been covered with butter). Then add a thin layer of breadcrumbs, and cook it for about 20 min at 200 celcius.
