  • 1 cup shredded oaxaca cheese
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 can drained mushrooms

  • preheat oven to 375. add pie crust to a pie baking pan set aside.
