  • 1 can rotel
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packages taco seasoning
  • 1 lb cooked & crumbled hamburger meat
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 2 cup mexican blend cheese

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
  • Combine and mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in 1 cup of the cheese.
  • Step 3
  • Pour into a 8x11 baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with other cup of cheese. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
