  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs(lightly beaten)

  • 1 can (large can) crushed pineapple in its own juice (not drained)

    Step 1
  • Mix all ingredients with large spoon, don't use mixer. Batter will be thicker than normal cake mix. Spread into 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam, bake at 350°F 40-45 min. till pick comes out clean. Frost with cream cheese frosting while cake is still warm.
  • Step 2
  • cream cheese frosting: 8 oz cr.cheese, 1 stick butter, 2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla. Cream softened butter and cream cheese with electric mixer, add vanilla, gradually mix in sugar
