  • 1 can black seasoned beans
  • 1/2 cup mexican cheese
  • 1 box mexican rice
  • 1 packages Fajita vegetables mix (birds eye)
  • 8 small Red potatos
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 mexican cheese

How to Make Mexican Goulosh

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Mexican Goulosh in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil and cut up potatoes into bite size chunks
  • Step 2
  • Saute vegetables and sausage together
  • Step 3
  • Cook rice per instructions
  • Step 4
  • Drain and wash black beans
  • Step 5
  • Make cheese sauce
  • Step 6
  • Combine all ingredients and lightly mix. Add a good helping of Mexican cheese to top
  • Step 7
