  • Mexican Lasagna
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packages taco seasoning
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 10 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 can 12 oz. enchilada sauce
  • 1 packages shredded cheese
  • 1 can small olives
  • 1 onion chopped

How to Make Mexican Lasagna

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mexican Lasagna in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven 425°
  • Step 2
  • Brown ground beef, add onion COOK, add corn, black beans & seasoning packet
  • Step 3
  • In a 8x11 baking dish cover bottom with tortillas & then top with a third of enchilada sauce, spread... add half beef mixture then a cup of cheese
  • Step 4
  • repeat
  • Step 5
  • top with tortillas the last of enchilada sauce, olives and last of cheese
  • Step 6
  • bake 15 minutes
