  • 1 envelope (1 1/4 ounces) gluten-free taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack/cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper sauce

How to Make Mexican Pie

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mexican Pie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2
  • Grease 10" pie plate.
  • Step 3
  • Brown beef & drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread beef mixture in pie plate.
  • Step 4
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 5
  • Whisk remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • Step 6
  • Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra cheese if desired.
