  • 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Chopped Basil (garnish)
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • For Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Celery Salt

How to Make Mexican Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Mexican Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Rinse Carrots, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Garbanzo Beans seperately
  • Step 2
  • Shred the Carrots and the Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Step 3
  • Put all of the ingridients in a large mixing bowl and mix with Salad Tongs or a Wooden Spoon
  • Step 4
  • Add The Todd Dressing in the salad and garnish with chopped basil
