  • 2 12oz.jar of drained artichokes
  • 1/3 finely diced purple onion
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 bag of mexican shredded mix cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp dried chives flakes
  • 2 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sourcream
  • 1/2 cup grated oaxaca cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 envelope knorr vegtable seasoning

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Mexican Spiced Creamy Artichoke & Spinach Dip in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 375
  • Step 2
  • drain spinach well add to a bowl, chop all items needed add to bowl with all seasonings. Drain & wash your artichokes, chop & add to bowl.add in 1/2 bag of cheese, parmesan cheese, oaxaca cheese, mayo, sour cream,& diced green chilies mix well. I used a deep dish pie pan but u can use any size casserole dish.
  • Step 3
  • top with last of mixed cheese, & sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25-30min
