  • 2/3 cup cooking oil(your choice)
  • 2 bags of El Mexicano Conchitas(shells)
  • 2 small cans of tomato sauce
  • 10 cup of water or fill half medium pot
  • 3 tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder

How to Make Mexican Style Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Mexican Style Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a medium pot, heat oil on low-medium heat. Then add shells. Stir occasionally until shells are a golden brown or brownish color.
  • Step 2
  • When shells are browned, turn off stove and remove pot from heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Add in tomato sauce and stir. Then turn heat back on. Add water and stir. Then add Chicken Bouillon powder, stir.
  • Step 4
  • Cover with lid and let boil for about 15-20 minutes or until pasta shells are soft.
