  • 1 can Black Beans ( or use fresh!! )
  • 1 can Kidney Beans ( or fresh!! )
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Sweet Corn
  • 1 each Diced Onion
  • 1 can Sweet Peas
  • 1 each Diced Carrots
  • 1 each Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 each Diced Celery
  • Light Adobo, black pepper, paprika, sea salt

How to Make Mexican Succotash

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Mexican Succotash in your home by yourself.

  • Add everything in a big pot and cook until rice is tender! ( My yellow rice to about 35-40 minutes )
  • Step 2
  • * Fresh Ingredients are ALWAYS best! But canned or frozen are good substitutes as well!
