Ingredients: Mia's Pea Salad

  • 2 can Large unsalted peas

  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup dill relish
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 bunches of green onions

  • 1 packages shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How to Make Mia's Pea Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Mia's Pea Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Hard boil your twelve eggs. I add enough water that there is about two inches of water above the eggs. Bring to a rolling boil and then turn the burner off while leaving the pot on it. Let it sit for 18 minutes, then chill with cold water until cool.
  • Step 2
  • Fry your bacon to your preference and crumble. Sometimes I will cut the bacon before cooking to save some time and be able to fry in one pan.
  • Step 3
  • Chop your onions and combine all of your ingredients while waiting for the eggs and bacon.
  • Step 4
  • Peel and chop eggs, drain bacon and cool.
  • Step 5
  • Stir the eggs and bacon into your bowl, leaving a little bit of bacon for topping.
  • Step 6
  • Top with the provel cheese and then the bacon you set aside. Chill in fridge until cool!
