  • 1 pack Natto (fermented soy beans)

    Step 1
  • Grate the carrot without peeling it. Mix the natto well.
  • Step 2
  • Add the brown rice to the carrot and natto from Step 1 and mix well until even.
  • Step 3
  • Steam the ingredients from Step 2. If microwaving, set the microwave at 500 W for about 10 minutes. If using a steamer, it should take about 8 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • This is what it looks like when cut. If there isn't enough moisture, add a bit of water.
