  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

    Step 1
  • Rough chop the mushrooms and place in a food processor bowl. Process the mushrooms until they resemble a coarse meal.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the butter in a microwave safe souffle dish uncovered at 100% for 2 minutes or until melted.
  • Step 3
  • Add the mushrooms to the melted butter and stir to coat. Microwave at 100% for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Place the shallots and parsley in the food processor work bowl and process until they resemble a coarse meal as well.
  • Step 5
  • Remove the mushrooms from the micro. Stir in the shallots and parsley, kosher salt, and pepper. Micro at 100% for 8 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Use immediately or allow to cool and freeze
