  • 130 grams Chicken thigh
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Canned tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 Black pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Microwaved Gorgonzola Garlic Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the chicken on the diagonal, and lightly rub in the salt, grated garlic, and olive oil.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the parchment paper into a square and place the canned tomatoes in the center. Place the chicken on top of the tomatoes and sprinkle with pieces of Gorgonzola cheese. Sprinkle black pepper on top.
  • Step 3
  • Bring the front and back corners together and twist both ends several times. Place onto a heat-resistant plate and microwave for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • When done, keep it in the parchment paper and place it on a plate to serve.
  • Step 5
  • As seen in the back of the photo, I turned this into a pasta sauce. If using it as a pasta sauce, it tastes great if you use a little extra Gorgonzola cheese, or add Parmesan cheese.
